The  National Ballet  School is  staging a production of ‘The Kingdom of The Little Mermaid” in THE NATIONAL THEATRE OF NAMIBIA” in October,2013.

The production will take the form of a Pantomime, with different styles of dance and drama. The production will be giving approximately 250 children the opportunity to experience the magical world of the theatre.

Previous sell out productions staged by the above Dancing School, include “ALICE’S ADVENTURES”, “PETER PAN”, “THE WIZARD OF OZ” and many more.

The NATIONAL BALLET SCHOOL has been privileged to procure the services of Mr Edward Ward, a well known personality in  entertainment circles in Windhoek, who will definitely add to the highlights of the production.

The entire cast hails from Windhoek, so an entirely local production is in the offering.  The production will be using approximately 650 stunning costumes.

We will, of course have our little Ariel, who can be very strong willed at times, and Flounder the dear little clown fish and  Ariel’s constant companion. Then there is Sebastian, the wise old Crab. How about Scuttle, the sea gull that has all the answers.  Ursula, the Wicked witch will also be up to her cunning tricks again trying to trick poor Prince Eric into marrying her, but enough of that……… do come and join us to see  all the adventures of ARIEL in “THE KINGDOM OF THE LITTLE MERMAID”
