I hereby accept the terms and conditions stated below

1. The booking is confirmed only upon returning a signed quote and settling the non- refundable deposit (for Auditorium and Backstage) into the NTN Bank account
   provided.
2. Reservations for the Green Room and Dance Rehearsal Room must be confirmed in writing using the provided quote and settled 14 (fourteen) business days before the
   day of venue usage. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the booking.
3. A non-refundable deposit of N$ 3,000.00 per event day (Auditorium and/or Backstage) is required to secure the booking. Banking details will be provided on the quotation.
4. For the Auditorium and Backstage venues, an additional fee of N$ 6,175.00 will be charged for a second show (Matinee) per day.
5. Failure to pay the deposit after accepting the quote gives NTN the right to negotiate with other clients.
6. The balance, after acceptance of the quotation, is due at the latest 14 business days before event execution.
7. Changes or additions to the scope adjust the quoted price.
8. Venue capacities and inclusive costs are specified; additional equipment is the client's responsibility.
9. Please note that there are strict conditions for the usage of the Dance Rehearsal Room, this will be detailed in the quotation to be provided.

11. NTN promotes events on its platforms but is not responsible for marketing or ticket sales.
12. Clients seeking marketing services from NTN will receive a tailored quote based on their specific requirements.
13. Certain staff costs such as ushers, front-of-house managers, safety officers, security, and cleaners are non-negotiable and included for every event.
14. All events held at the NTN are executed by contracted NTN technical freelancers and trusted technical service providers exclusively. This policy is in place to ensure a
    seamless integration of the venue and its equipment. Clients seeking to utilise their own technicians must submit the profiles of their technicians for approval. Approval is at the description of the NTN.
15. Cancellations must be in writing, and the deposited fee is non-refundable.
16. There are no refunds after payments, considering potential revenue loss.
17. The NTN has a restaurant lessee. Courtyard Restaurant services can be arranged directly. Clients are not permitted to sell alcohol or food, but a Cash Bar is available through the restaurant during production. Alternatively, clients may provide their own sponsored drinks. The restaurant offers water, soft drinks, light liquor such as beer, ciders, and wine, as well as spirits and an à la carte menu.
